Mobile Foam Trolley
High-efficiency suppression: Rapid, dense foam formation quickly blankets the fuel surface, cutting off oxygen and cooling the burning material to prevent re-ignition while delivering faster knock-down and better results.
Mobility: Mounted on a hand trolley or light chassis, the unit can be rolled quickly between tank farms, workshops, jetties, etc., operating stand-alone or backing up fixed systems.
Simple operation: Connect a fire hose and press one button; the built-in negative-pressure proportioner has no delicate power parts, so failure rates are low—daily checks are limited to liquid level and valves, giving a long service life and minimal upkeep.
Wide application & low cost: Compatible with any foam concentrate—high-, medium- or low-expansion—without special restrictions, keeping procurement and re-fill costs down.
Product Introduction
A semi-fixed foam fire extinguishing system (also known as a "Mobile Foam Trolley") is a fire protection equipment integrating the advantages of fixed storage and mobile deployment. It refers to an integrated fire extinguishing system where core components such as foam concentrate storage tanks, proportioners, and fire pumps (optional) are fixedly installed at designated locations, while injection components including foam guns, foam cannons, and fire hoses are designed to be portable. Characterized by "fixed storage + flexible deployment", it can quickly form fire suppression capability by connecting mobile injection components with fixed storage/mixing equipment in case of fire. Specifically engineered to extinguish Class A, B, and C flammable liquid fires (e.g., gasoline, diesel, chemicals, etc.), it combines the stability of fixed systems and the maneuverability of mobile equipment, serving as a high-efficiency fire protection solution widely used in industrial settings.

Product Applications
Oil fields, tank farms and refineries
Large inventories of flammable liquids give a high fire load; the unit is rolled to the foot of the tank and, through a pre-installed connection, feeds a fixed foam pourer – or the foam gun is used to blanket the burning surface directly.
Petrochemical process areas
Around towers, pump alleys and heat-exchangers there are local hot-spots that fixed pipework cannot easily cover. The semi-fixed unit is the flexible add-on, allowing rapid point-by-point protection.
Oil terminals, loading racks and drum stores
With vehicles and vessels moving constantly through narrow aisles the unit can be deployed in 30 s, giving fast foam blanket over spill pools or jetty fires.
Commercial warehouses (mixed Class-C liquid / solid storage)
Where no fixed foam network exists but drummed oils, paints or solvents create high-risk niches, the trailer-mounted unit is towed in to deliver pinpoint or wide-area foam application on shelves or stacks.
