Working Principle
1.Connection to Fire Water Source
The fixed fire monitor is connected to a fire water source via water pipes to ensure an adequate water supply.
2.Spraying Operations
Concentrated Water Jet Mode: By controlling the valve, the operator selects the concentrated water jet mode, which can directly extinguish solid fires such as those involving wood and paper.
Spray Mist Mode: When the spray mist mode is selected, it can significantly cool the fire source. It is suitable for liquid fires or environments such as oil storage tanks and chemical storage areas to prevent heat diffusion and explosions.
3.Cooling and Temperature Reduction
By spraying mist to cool the surrounding environment and absorb heat released by the fire source, it effectively reduces the temperature of the fire scene and prevents re-ignition.
Main Fire-Fighting Components
Monitor Body: Made of corrosion-resistant materials with a robust structure, ensuring long-term stable operation.
Nozzle: Adjustable design supports switching between different spraying modes to optimize fire-extinguishing effectiveness.
Control Valve: A manual control device that allows firefighters to adjust water flow and spraying methods conveniently.
Support Frame: A stable structure that keeps the monitor nozzle steady during use and prevents displacement.
Pipeline System: Pipes responsible for delivering water to the nozzle, ensuring unobstructed water flow.
Application Scope
Industrial Facilities: High-risk environments such as chemical plants and oil refineries, suitable for extinguishing liquid fires.
Warehousing Areas: Provides safety protection in warehouses storing flammable materials.
Building Fire Protection: Applicable to various buildings such as shopping malls and office buildings, adapting to diverse fire scenarios.
Transportation Facilities: Suitable for transportation hubs like stations and ports to enhance fire safety.
