AFFF 6 Foam Concentrate
1.Flash-film formation: At 6%, a stable aqueous film forms within 30 s, delivering exceptionally fast knock-down.
2.Sea-water ready (seawater grade): Mix on-the-spot with seawater/brackish water—zero performance loss and up to 90 % fresh-water cost savings.
3.One-agent dual-kill (alcohol-resistant grade): The same 6 % solution extinguishes both hydrocarbon and polar-solvent (alcohol, ketone, ester) fires; the “polymer gel + aqueous film” bilayer eliminates the need to change foam types.
4.Green & safe: Low-chlorine, fluorine-free, non-toxic, non-corrosive, ≥ 70 % biodegradable.
Product Introduction
6% Aqueous Film-Forming Foam
A blend of fluorinated and hydrocarbon surfactants plus additives; at 6% in water it spreads a thin aqueous film across hydrocarbon surfaces, sealing off air and vapour for rapid knock-down.Seawater-Compatible 6% AFFF
Contains salt-tolerant additives, allowing direct mixing with seawater or brackish water at 6%. It forms the same uniform film on hydrocarbons, delivering fresh-water-equivalent extinguishment and burn-back resistance.6% Alcohol-Resistant AFFF
High-molecular polymer added to standard AFFF; at 6% it creates a “polymer gel + aqueous film” bilayer on polar solvents (alcohols, ketones, esters) as well as hydrocarbons, handling both fuel types in one discharge.Seawater-Compatible 6% Alcohol-Resistant AFFF

Product Applications
6% AFFF series – airfields, petro-chemical tank farms, fuel stations and ship holds for Class B hydrocarbon fires; seawater-compatible grades extend to offshore platforms, coastal terminals and oceangoing tankers. Alcohol-resistant and seawater alcohol-resistant variants add alcohol, ketone, ester and mixed-solvent capability, giving one-container coverage for all scenarios – fresh water, seawater, onshore and offshore.
Packaging and Storage
1.The product is packed in 25KG,50KG,200KG,1000KG plastic drums.
2.During transportation and storage the product must not be mixed with other chemicals and other types of foam extinguishers.
3.The product should be stored in a cool,dry warehouse, protected from direct,and the storage temperature should be below 45°C.Higher than its lowest use temperature
4.The storage life of 6% Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) and seawater-resistant 6% Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) is 8 years.
5.The storage life of 6% Alcohol-Resistant Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AR-AFFF) and seawater-resistant 6% Alcohol-Resistant Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AR-AFFF) is 2 years.
