Mobile Fire Fighting Foam Tank
Flexible & Precise: Fixed pipelines cover critical areas; detachable generators deploy on demand, adapting to fires of varying scales and locations.
Cost-Effective: Lower costs than fully fixed systems; faster response and enhanced efficiency compared to purely mobile systems.
High Fire Suppression Efficiency: Rapid foam coverage isolates oxygen from combustibles, delivering exceptional performance for Class A/B flammable liquid fires and effectively preventing re-ignition.
Complex Scene Adaptable: Compatible with fire truck water supply to meet large-scale/long-distance fire suppression needs; suitable for complex terrain and concentrated risk scenarios.
Easy Maintenance: Fixed components feature a simple structure with minimal inspection workload; detachable components can be stored separately and calibrated regularly to extend service life.
Product Introduction And Product Specifications
Mobile Fire-Fighting Foam Tank is a fire protection equipment between fixed and mobile systems, consisting of permanently installed foam concentrate tanks, proportioners, fire pump sets (or relying on fire truck power), fixed pipelines, and detachable foam generators (e.g., foam guns, foam cannons). When a fire breaks out, the system is activated by quickly connecting detachable components to fixed pipelines, spraying foam to cover the surface of combustibles, isolating oxygen, and achieving fire suppression.
PYG Series Semi-Stationary Pressure-Prop. Foam Trolley
A self-contained mobile fire-fighting unit that combines a stainless-steel atmospheric foam tank, (positive/negative) proportioner, inlet/outlet valve block, PQ foam branch-pipe and a fold-up hand trolley. Connect the KY65 quick-coupling to a hydrant or pumper outlet; water at 0.6–1.0 MPa automatically inducts 3 % or 6 % foam concentrate and delivers 4 L/s or 8 L/s high-expansion foam stream. Maximum throw ≥ 15 m (4 L/s) or ≥ 20 m (8 L/s). No electricity needed, one-lever start-up, deployment < 30 s. Ideal for tank farms, loading racks, process areas, warehouses and hangars.
Model range
4 L/s family (PYG4/200-500) – 3 % proportioning, 20-55 min continuous discharge, 200-500 L tank options for small spill or single-tank protection.
8 L/s family (PYG8/300-700) – on-site switchable 3 % / 6 %, double flow rate; 10 min (6 %) covers 200 m² oil pool; 700 L version gives > 20 min sustained attack for fast knock-down or multi-point duties.
All models comply with GB 20031-2021. 304 SS tank with anti-corrosion coat, 14 in pneumatic tyres, single-operator handling on standard fire lanes; unused foam can be sealed and recycled for zero environmental discharge.
