Product Introduction
The Pressure Proportioner Tank consists of the horizontal PHYM series and high-efficiency vertical PHYML series. It is mainly used to mix fire-fighting water with foam concentrate in a preset ratio to produce foam spray. Such devices are widely applied in general fire protection scenarios, enhancing spray efficiency through precise mixing processes.

Working Principle
The device utilizes the pressure of fire-fighting water flowing through the equipment to mix water with foam concentrate. The specific process is as follows:
1.Pressurized water flows into the proportioning mixer.
2.The proportioner diverts water according to the preset ratio, sending part of the water into the interlayer of the foam concentrate storage tank with a built-in bladder.
3.Water pressure squeezes the bladder, pushing the foam concentrate out of the storage tank.
4.The displaced foam concentrate mixes with the remaining fire-fighting water to form a high-efficiency fire-suppressing foam solution.
5.Finally, the mixed foam solution is delivered to foam generators or other foam spraying equipment through the outlet pipeline for fire extinguishing.
Main Fire-Fighting Components
Foam Storage Tank: Stores and facilitates replacement of foam concentrate.
Bladder: Squeezes foam concentrate under water pressure to generate the mixed solution.
Pressure-Type Proportioning Mixer: Ensures fire-fighting water and foam concentrate are mixed in the set ratio.
Safety Valve: Protects the equipment from damage caused by overpressure.
Control Valves: Regulate the flow rate and mixing ratio of the mixed solution.
Auxiliary Parts: Including pipelines and joints, ensuring the system's integrity and proper functionality.
