Product Overview
The PC (PCL) Series low-expansion Air Aspirating Foam Generator is a specialized equipment designed for oil tank fire extinguishing. Installed on the top wall of oil tanks, it can efficiently generate and spray air foam. Combined with foam mixture supplied by foam fire trucks or fixed fire pumps, the equipment receives the mixture through a dedicated pipeline system and achieves rapid extinguishment of oil fires.
Main Technical Parameters
Product Model: PC (PCL) Series
Installation Method: Horizontal fixed installation
Applicable Oils: Various petroleum products and their derivatives
Foam Type: Low-expansion foam concentrate
Flow Rate Range: Specific flow rate depends on the model
Spray Distance: Adjustable, subject to specific application scenarios
Working Principle
1.Fluid Pipeline: Foam mixture enters the foam generator through pipelines from foam fire trucks or fixed fire pumps.
2.Atomized Injection: The mixture passes through the device's nozzles to form a diffused atomized jet.
3.Negative Pressure Generation: Negative pressure is created around the jet, drawing in air to fully mix with the mixture.
4.Foam Formation: The generated air foam is sprayed into the oil tank through the foam spray pipe, effectively extinguishing the flame.
Main Components
Foam Generator Body: Features a robust structure to ensure equipment stability and durability.
Foam Spray Pipe Assembly: Designed for uniform foam spraying and wide coverage.
Baffle Assembly: Optimizes foam flow direction, enhances fire suppression efficiency, and reduces foam loss (Note: Corrected "start publicity effect" to technical function description).
Application Scope
Oil tank storage facilities: Oil storage tanks in petroleum, chemical and other industries
Industrial sites: Industrial equipment and workplaces requiring fire safety protection
Emergency response: Frontline equipment in fire fighting and rescue operations
