High Expansion Foam Generator
1.Efficient Fire Suppression: A large amount of foam quickly covers the flame to minimize fire losses.
2.Multifunctionality: Features fire-smothering, oxygen-isolating, and personnel protection capabilities.
3.Wide Applicability: Suitable for various fire scenarios with strong adaptability.
Product Overview
The PF (PFS) Series High-Expansion Foam Generator is the core equipment in high-expansion foam fire extinguishing systems, widely used in both fixed and mobile fire-fighting installations. Designed to provide efficient fire suppression solutions for various types of fires, it covers fire sources with large-scale foam to ensure fire extinguishing effectiveness and personnel safety.
Main Technical Parameters
Product Model: PF (PFS) Series
Expansion Ratio: High expansion
Fluid Supply Method: Pressurized foam mixture provided by a water pump
Model | Mixture flow rate | Working pressure range | Foaming Amount | Bid multiplier |
PCG-4 | 4L/S | 0.3-0.6Mpa | 50-200m³/min | 201-1000 |
PCG-4Y | 4L/S | 0.3-1.0Mpa | 50-200m³/min | 201-1000 |
Working Principle
Fluid Delivery Pipeline: The water pump delivers the foam mixture to the foam generator at high pressure.
Two-Stage Boost Mechanism: The foam mixture flows through the spray wheel, and the rotating skirt drives the fan blades to rotate, forming a two-stage boost.
Strong Air Flow Generation: The fan produces powerful air flow to atomize the foam mixture and generate a large amount of high-expansion foam.
Fire Suppression Effect: The high-expansion foam covers the fire source to smother the fire, isolate oxygen, and protect personnel and facility safety.
Main Components
Foam Generator Body: Constructed with corrosion-resistant materials to ensure adaptability to various environments.
Spray Wheel: Promotes atomization of the foam mixture and enhances foam generation efficiency.
Fan Blades: Optimized design for efficient air flow and expanded foam coverage.
Control System: Monitors the equipment's operating status to ensure stable system operation.
Application Scope
Warehouses: Facilities storing flammable materials.
Garages: Environments involving vehicle maintenance and storage.
