Working Principle
Anti-freeze Mechanism
The automatic drainage device of the fire hydrant monitors internal water pressure to automatically realize water sealing and drainage.
When activated, if the water pressure is not lower than 0.1MPa, the drain valve closes automatically; after shutdown, the system discharges waste water automatically.
Impact Protection
Impact-resistant components reduce damage to the fire hydrant from external hazards. When threatened, pipeline network pressure prompts the valve head to close immediately, effectively preventing water leakage and ensuring the normal operation of other fire hydrants.
If components break, the bolt body and valve body remain intact, allowing for quick repair.
Pressure-Regulating Function
The fire hydrant adopts an automatic pressure regulator, which precisely adjusts fluid flow and pressure by controlling the opening height.
When the inlet water pressure is 1.2MPa, the outlet pressure can be adjusted between 0.3MPa and 1.0MPa to meet the needs of different scenarios.
Main Fire-Fighting Components
Automatic drainage device: Prevents pipe damage caused by freezing in cold weather.
Impact-resistant components: Enhance equipment durability and ensure functional integrity under external impact.
Automatic pressure regulator: Maintains stable water outlet pressure and optimizes fire-extinguishing efficiency.
Application Scope
The fire hydrant is widely used in:
1.Petroleum and chemical storage facilities
2.Grain and coal processing industries
3.Textile industry
4.Terminals, ports, airports, and other transportation areas
Particularly suitable for places requiring efficient emergency systems and potentially facing low-temperature environments
Product Recommendation Reasons
