Working Principle

1.Anti-freeze Mechanism

The automatic drainage device automatically closes and drains based on the internal water pressure of the hydrant head.

When the water pressure is not lower than 0.1MPa during operation, the drain valve closes; it drains automatically after shutdown to prevent water accumulation and freezing cracks.

2.Impact Protection

The fire hydrant is equipped with impact-resistant components. In case of collision, the valve head automatically closes under pipeline pressure to prevent water leakage and maintain the normal operation of other hydrants.

When components break, the bolt body and valve body are not interconnected, allowing for quick repair.

3.Pressure Regulation Function

The hydrant structure supports stepwise opening; adjusting the opening height controls the water flow pattern to achieve precise pressure regulation.

When the inlet water pressure is 1.2MPa, the outlet pressure can be adjusted between 0.3MPa and 1.0MPa.
