Synthetic foam fire extinguishing agent: A premium Environmentally Friendly Fire Fighting Foam with High Quality and Fast Foaming performance, made of synthetic surfactants, specially used for extinguishing oil and water-soluble flammable liquid fires.

Core Product Parameters

Freezing point -8±4℃, excellent freeze-thaw resistance with no visible delamination and heterogeneous phase after test; Foaming multiple 6.7±20%, 25% drainage time 3.3±20%min; pH value 6.0～9.5; Fire extinguishing time ≤3.0min, anti-burning time ≥6.0min, shelf life 2 years.

Application Scope

1. Applicable Fire Types: Effectively extinguishes fires of non-water-soluble flammable liquids (e.g., gasoline, diesel, crude oil) and water-soluble flammable liquids (e.g., methanol, ethanol, acetone), suitable for over 90% of industrial flammable liquid fires;

2. Applicable Scenarios: Petrochemical storage tanks, oil depots, gas stations, hazardous chemical workshops, chemical parks, oil terminals, ship engine rooms, large mechanical equipment rooms, etc.;

3. Compatible Equipment: Compatible with all mainstream foam fire extinguishing systems such as foam hydrants, foam sprinkler systems, foam cannons, mobile foam extinguishing devices, foam tanks, and suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel and other fire pipeline materials.

Operation Method

1. Reagent Dilution: Select 3% or 6% dilution ratio according to product specifications (3 parts reagent + 97 parts clean water / 6 parts reagent + 94 parts clean water), stir evenly until fully dissolved;

2. System Startup: Start the supporting foam fire extinguishing system to ensure the diluted foam liquid is smoothly delivered to the fire extinguishing device (foam generator, foam cannon, etc.) through the pipeline;

3. Fire Extinguishing Operation: Spray the foam to the root of the fire source and the burning liquid surface, ensure the foam uniformly covers the entire burning area, and quickly extinguish the fire by the suffocation of the foam layer and the isolation of the water film;

4. Anti-Reignition Treatment: After extinguishing the fire, continue to spray a small amount of foam to ensure a complete covering layer is formed on the burning liquid surface, maintain for 3~5 minutes to enhance the anti-reignition effect;

5. Notes: Wear protective gloves during operation to avoid direct contact of foam liquid with eyes; the residual liquid after fire extinguishing is biodegradable, no special treatment is required, and the site can be cleaned with clean water.

Storage Requirements

1.  Product packaging containers are 25kg, 50kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic barrels;

2.  No other chemicals or foam fire extinguishing agents shall be mixed into the product during transportation, storage and use to avoid affecting product quality; it shall not be stored in rusty equipment, otherwise the product will fail;

3. The product shall be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse to avoid exposure to sunlight, with the storage temperature ranging from -3℃ to 45℃;

4. The product is not affected by freezing and thawing, and its performance remains stable after freeze-thaw cycles.
