Fire Suppression Foam

  1. High fire extinguishing efficiency: The foam spreads rapidly and adheres well to the oil surface, quickly smothering the fire.

  2. Strong anti‑reflash and burn‑resistance performance: Provides long‑lasting fire control after extinguishment, effectively reducing the risk of re‑ignition.

  3. Good compatibility: Can be used in combination with dry chemical agents and is compatible with standard foam generation and discharge equipment.

  4. Excellent flowability: Capable of quickly reaching the fire surface and forming coverage even under complex fire conditions.

  5. Stable storage and easy transportation: Maintains stable performance and is suitable for long‑term storage and convenient transportation.

  6. Environmentally compliant: Meets relevant environmental protection and safety standards.

  7. Clear application scope: Primarily suitable for fires involving non‑water‑soluble flammable liquids such as gasoline and diesel.

Product Overview

Fluoroprotein foam fire suppression foam is formulated by adding an appropriate amount of fluorocarbon surfactant to protein-based fire suppression foam. Due to the action of the fluorocarbon surfactant, this fire suppression foam not only retains the fire-fighting performance of conventional protein foam, but also can be applied by means of “subsurface injection” to extinguish fires in large oil product storage tanks. It can also be used in combination with dry chemical extinguishing agents. Its fire extinguishing speed is about one-third faster than that of standard protein foam, making it suitable for fire protection in various oil depots, petrochemical installations and other similar facilities.

Product Application Fields

1、Fires in Various Oil Storage Tanks

Suitable for extinguishing fires of non-water-soluble flammable liquids such as crude oil, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and lubricating oil. Applicable to multiple tank types including fixed-roof tanks, floating-roof tanks, and spherical tanks.

2、Fires in Petrochemical Plant Areas

Can be used for fires caused by flammable liquid leakage in petrochemical plant areas, pump rooms, heat exchanger zones, distillation units, and other components. Capable of rapid spreading and forming effective coverage in complex equipment layouts.

3、Oil Depots and Oil Loading/Unloading Areas

Suitable for fire protection in oil depot tank farms, loading/unloading trestles, railway loading/unloading areas, and highway loading/unloading zones. Effectively responds to splashing or leakage fires that may occur during loading/unloading operations.

4、Fires in Terminals and Ship Oil Tanks

Applicable to flammable liquid fires in port terminals, ship fuel tanks, chemical tankers, and other marine-related locations. Particularly suitable for water-based scenarios requiring rapid fire control.
