Product Introduction
As the core unit of an Air Foam System, the PC(PCL)series low-expansion PC Air Foam Generator—also called an Air Foam Generator—is horizontally and fixedly mounted on the upper tank wall to generate and project air foam for extinguishing oil fires.When the foam mixture supplied by foam fire truck or fixed fire pump flows through the transmission pipeline and passes through the foam generator,it forms air foam to put out oil fires.The air foam generator is mainly composed of the main body of the foam generator,the foam nozzle group and the guide plate group.When the foam mixture passes through the generator nozzle,it forms a diffused atomizing jet,which generates negative pressure around it,thus inhaling a large amount of air to form foam,and the air foam is sprayed into the tank through the opening of the foam nozzle to extiguish the fire.

Low-expansion air-foam pourers can be used for local surface coverage of flammable liquid spills in open-top or rim-seal areas such as crude-oil, gasoline, diesel and benzene fixed/floating-roof tanks; jetties, loading racks, tank-car platforms and ship holds; chemical bunds, pump houses and transformer oil pits; service stations and underground garage catchment pits; paint dipping tanks, quench oil baths, and similar open-surface fire-risk locations.
