Product Introduction
The 3%S Synthetic Foam is a low-expansion foam concentrate formulated with hydrocarbon surfactants, foaming agents, stabilizers, and preservatives as the base materials. Its Synthetic Foam Agent Stock Solution can be used after mixing with water at a volume ratio of 3:97. The core fire-extinguishing mechanism of this 3%S Foam agent is to quickly cover the burning liquid surface, isolate air, cool the fuel, and inhibit evaporation, thereby efficiently extinguishing Class B fires involving non-water-soluble flammable liquids. It also achieves excellent results in suppressing Class A fires such as wood and paper.

Mixing ratio
The 3%S solution is blended at a 3-to-97 ratio—3 parts concentrate to 97 parts water.
Product Applications
The 3 % (S、–8 ℃) synthetic foam concentrate is designed for crude-oil and product-fuel tank farms, refineries, chemical plants, loading racks, airport aprons, fuel depots, port terminals and ship decks, as well as for cold-climate substations and warehouses. It rapidly extinguishes Class B flammable-liquid fires and gives auxiliary protection against Class A solid-material fires.
Packaging and Storage
1.The product is packed in plasticdrums of 25KG,50KG,200KG, 1000KG.
2.During transportation and storage,the product must not be mixed with other chemicals and other types of foam extinguishing agents.
3.The product should be in a cool,dry warehouse,protected from direct sunlight,and avoid storage in an environment above 45°℃ .
4.The storage period of this in the above environment is 3years.
