Product Introduction
The SSFT, SSFW, SSF, SST anti-collision and pressure-regulating outdoor ground fire hydrants and SSP outdoor ground foam fire hydrant are enhanced versions of conventional hydrants with built-in pressure regulating and anti-collision components. They feature automatic residual water drainage, anti-freeze capability, and collision resistance. Designed for reliability in cold climates, these hydrants ensure stable performance in demanding environments.
Its characteristics are as follows:
Anti-freezing: The fire hydrant adopts an automatic drainage device in its structure. The automatic drainage device can achieve automatic sealing and drainage functions based on the water pressure inside the bolt body. When the fire hydrant is opened, the water release valve device automatically closes when the water pressure is not less than 0.1 MPa. After the fire hydrant is closed, the drainage device automatically opens to discharge residual water.
Collision prevention: The fire hydrant adopts collision prevention components in its structure and also uses a spring-closed drainage outlet to achieve positive pressure sealing. After the fire hydrant is hit, under the pressure of the pipeline network, the valve head immediately closes to ensure that there is no leakage of water flow in the pipeline network and does not affect the normal use of other fire hydrants in the same pipeline. When the anti-collision component breaks, the bolt body and valve body are not damaged. After the fire hydrant is broken, it can be immediately repaired under pressure.
Pressure regulation: The fire hydrant adopts an automatic pressure regulation device in its structure. When the fire hydrant is opened, the automatic pressure regulating device operates in sections, and different water flow cross-sections are adjusted by changing the opening height of the fire hydrant to achieve precise pressure regulation. When the inlet pressure is 1.2 MPa, the outlet pressure can be adjusted between 0.3 MPa and 1.0 MPa.
Note：The total height range can be made according to user requirements, and the suitable medium is fresh water. If used in seawater,additional anti-corrosion treatment is required.
